Tiffany Scott Extensions is 100% Eastern European hair; most brands are Indian or Asian hair.

With using European hair, the texture is softer, less tangly, little-to-no frizz and minimally processed.

Eastern European hair starts from a natural, very light brown or blonde tone. Most of our final colors are custom-dyed darker (since the original hair is light-toned), versus bleaching/over-processing light hair colors (like other brands).

Yes! We use 100% human hair. It is not blended with any type of synthetic hair or plastics!

The hair colors/dyes effortlessly, and you can use hot tools and do minor chemical services because of the high-quality human hair.

Extensions LOVE moisture. They are not attached to your scalp, so they will not getting the natural oils that our scalp produces. The more you moisturize the extension hair and use a heat protectant when styling, the longer your extensions will last without needing a replacement.

If your extensions start to dry out and tangle, make sure too heavily moisturize/condition and don’t overly shampoo.

Sometimes a rinse and moisturizing treatment or conditioner is all you need, especially if you have been in the ocean/water or very hot/cold weather environments.

The natural texture of our extensions has a very soft, natural-bodied wave. It will not dry curly.

We offer clip-in extensions in both 16-inch and 20-inch lengths, in all colors.  The clip-in extensions are the same professional-quality of all of our salon-used hair.

You can only view the clip-in extensions on the website because this is the only hair type available to everyone, both clients & professionals.

In order to view the other types of hair reserved for stylists *only*, you must submit a pro application that will be reviewed for approval.

We ship all over the world. Standard shipping is FREE on orders to USA $200+ (additional shipping methods can be used and cost will be calculated at checkout).

All international shipping rates will be calculated at checkout after your address has been entered.

We use major carriers including USPS, UPS, and DHL. Additional shipping methods can be requested.

Yes!  We now offer optional shipping insurance through Route at checkout, in the case that your package gets damaged, lost, etc.

The insurance will generally charge 1% of your total order value.

If you are ordering multiple bundles of hair in the same color, make sure to open up your package COMPLETELY.

We are a very green and eco-friendly company that uses recycled packaging. To reduce waste, if you order multiple bundles of the same color, one package will hold up to 3 bundles of hair in one package.
